Dusting for reachable surfaces, bathrooms, kitchen counters and exterior appliances, mirrors, floors (vacuum/mop), and tidy-up of common areas. Deep cleaning, inside oven/fridge, interior windows, blinds, baseboards, and other extras are available as add-ons.

Yes. Our teams bring all professional cleaning products, tools, and vacuums. If you prefer eco/pet-safe products, let us know when booking and we’ll use them.

Yes—fully insured. A Certificate of Insurance (COI) is available upon request for homes, HOAs, and commercial properties.

Please pick up personal items and clutter, secure pets, and share any access instructions (gate codes, alarms, parking). Point out delicate or “do not touch” items—labeling helps.

It’s up to you. Many clients provide a code or lockbox. For first visits we recommend being present for a quick walkthrough, but it’s not required.

Move-in/out is an empty-home detail clean (inside cabinets/drawers, inside fridge/oven if requested). Post-construction focuses on fine dust removal, sticker/paint-splat cleanup, and multi-pass HEPA vacuuming; we also offer rough/final/puff phases, power washing, and trash haul-off/site cleaning as needed.

Yes. For water, smoke/fire, or mold-affected areas we provide cleaning and site stabilization. For active mold remediation needs, we coordinate cleaning with licensed remediation professionals. Call 346-306-2425 for the fastest response.

For safety we don’t handle biohazards, heavy/fragile furniture moves, high exterior windows without proper access, or severe pest/hoarding remediation. If you’re unsure, ask—we’ll advise or refer.

We’re flexible—please give at least 24 hours’ notice to change or cancel. Same-day cancellations may incur a fee to cover crew time.
